2-Story Modular Home on Walkout Basement – Glencoe
Lifeway has started a huge Modular Home Project in Glencoe, OK. Our customer bought a piece of land from the original “Land Rush” owner and has started the process of tearing down old structures and planning a new 2-Story Modular Home overlooking their pond. The home will be ground level from the front with an attached 2-car garage. On the backside of the low rolling hill will be a walk-out basement for a shop and workroom. The ground level home will have a walk-out deck.
The modular home project process began with dirt work by contractors to level and provide room for the 2400 sq. ft. basement. We poured Stem walls then created the foam block wall, then filled it with concrete with a pump station and 5 loads of cement purchased from Kerns Construction. We hired a pump station truck from Johnston Concrete Pumping in Stillwater, OK.
